Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, use, or alteration will not be accepted.


Patches & Prints

Patches and prints are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been applied, pressed, used, or altered in any way.

Please ensure compatibility, sizing, and placement are reviewed carefully before application.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as Certified Football Shirts is not responsible for lost return packages.


Restocking Fee

A 1% restocking fee may apply to eligible returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Final Sale Items

Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase is excluded from return eligibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you.


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
